As Creative Product Director of First & Main, Inc., I make plush products for children and I am always thinking about solutions to products and problems. As a mom, I find myself doing much the same thing!
After watching my daughter feed herself one day, and seeing she was covered in nibbles and dribbles, I quickly recognized the need for a solution to toddler highchair and clothing stains. I found that while traditional bibs didn’t
cover enough areas they were also very uncomfortable for the baby’s neck! It was then that I set out to design the first and only, one-piece highchair and bib cover….the Smocket Pocket tm!
It’s comfortable for the baby because the lightweight nylon material is as light as a feather and soft as a whisper! It has a turtleneck to catch all the dribbles with a quick and easy Velcro closure. The arms are covered with
the sleeves and the lap pocket catches all the rest.
It’s as easy as 1,2,3 to slip it on the highchair since the elastic grips the bottom of the tray. The nylon material is also a breeze for Mom’s clean-up….it can be wiped off, swirled around in a warm water sink or it can go in
the washer/dryer and will retain color and shape!
Last, but most certainly not least….NO more stains on the clothes!
